“The Solo”
60 minute 1 on 1 sessions devoted entirely to you
“The Duo”
Bring a friend or partner. Share the cost, learn to train together and support one other
“3’s company, 4’s a crowd”
Train in groups of 3 or 4. Benefit from our best value package, while still reaping the benefits of a tailored programme for every member of the group
Each programme is available in the following formats
“The Classic”
Classic PT that we know and love, with no set format or style. Each session simply comes with plenty of hard work and encouragement, as standard
“Short-circuits”
PT sessions for children (4-14yrs) built around fun, specifically designed for little people to get fitter and healthier whilst developing a love of exercise
(Solo or Duo only)
Helping you (and your partner) prepare for the big day. 3 x 60 minute sessions per week
Sport & event training
Training for an upcoming event or looking to improve at a sport or hobby? At SquarePeg Fitness, we can tailor your training programme to target the specific requirements you need to improve your sporting prowess
Online training
(Solo only)
Go digital. Package includes a new bespoke training programme & nutritional reviews every fortnight, weekly performance tracking, complete support & questions answered as well as a face to face monthly PT session
