Why is it such a good price?

We believe that personal training should be available to all but understand that one of the main obstacles for many is the cost. Therefore, we have tried to keep the price to an absolute minimum. 

We have worked extremely hard to keep our overheads to a bare minimum which allows us to offer a fair price that’s affordable to everyone

Cancellation policy

Things happen. As long as you cancel within 24 hours then we are happy to rearrange, no quibbles

How do I purchase sessions?

For personal training either get in touch and arrange a free consultation and we will walk you through the purchasing process, or if you’d prefer, simply select “Book” on the main menu and choose “Personal Training” to buy online.

For group classes select “Book” on the main menu and choose “Group Class”.  Select the class you wish to attend and then how many sessions you’d like to buy.

Once you have purchased your sessions then you can reserve your place via the online calendar

Do you accept card payments?

Yes! You can pay with credit, debit and contactless payments at all our boot camp sessions.  We also take card payments for Personal Training sessions if you’d prefer to pay in person rather than via the website or app.

How long does each session last?

Boot camps & group classes are 45 minutes in duration.

Each personal training session is 60 minutes, including a warm up and cool down. However if you’re pushed for time we can push you a little harder and squeeze the same amount of work into 45 minutes


Hey if you don’t like us, then we won’t take it personally.  Just tell us, and although we ask you try at least one session, if you still want out then we will give you a full refund for any unused sessions
