“SWEAT YOUR ASSETS”
“Sweat Your Assets” is our fun and motivating group class that provides a full body workout. We use a variety of equipment, from kettlebells, medicine balls and boxing pads to tractor tyres and even sledgehammers to get pulses racing and people smiling.
Run three times a week and set in local outdoor locations, our group sessions are open to everybody regardless of experience and fitness levels.

“HOME SWEAT-OLOGY”
Want to workout in a group environment but can’t get to one of our locations? No problem!
Log on and jump in to our online class “Home Sweat-ology”. These classes promote increased strength, improved cardiovascular fitness and provide a full body conditioning workout.
Broadcast live over Zoom, each class is different to the last and they are accessible from absolutely wherever you happen to be!
Although each class will provide bodyweight options and can be done with no equipment, its encouraged that you invest in both, a light and a heavy pair of dumbbells, so you can get the maximum benefit from these sessions.

“STROLLER IN THE PARK”
We understand that finding the time to get fit after having children can be a challenge. That’s why we have weekly circuit class, which you can bring your little ones and provides a friendly and safe environment. Whether you have babies in buggies or roaming toddlers, these classes are open to all.
Toys are also available to keep them entertained whilst you work out.

Everyone loves listening to music to get them through a tough session. Click on the icon above and tell us your favourite workout tunes and if we like them, we will add them to one of our soundtracks. Turn it on, turn it up and lets get moving!

All our boot camps accept credit, debit & contactless payments on the door. This means that scrabbling around for cash, five minutes before you leave the house is a thing of the past
